Due to the fact that we have decided on the genre of Romantic-Comedy for our opening sequence, we have been researching films in this genre and getting inspiration for our film. This is a montague of clips from the film 'Mean Girls', including the opening scene, and they, like us, use a voiceover to begin the film. We have identified that this is a familiar trait in films of this genre and therefore are confident that the idea will work well in our film.
