Plot

The unknown character seen previously writing a letter is travelling in daytime within a wood. She holds a letter seal with red wax and approaches a waterfall. We see her standing on a ledge high above the pool below, but within a short time we see signs of death with blood pouring onto a rock below and her letter becomes obsolete as it is lost. As this is happening the atmosphere becomes eerie with the girl changing in delicacy, she becomes troubled appearing battered within nightfall. The time period and scenery changes to modern day with images sketched on a wall of a room of similar features to the woods, A girl then awakes with anxiety. Seeing the ghostly character within her bedroom, she then agrees to help her.

Psychological:

We do not know the characters link with each other. It could be that the ghost is a figure of her subconscious in order to understand part of herself, it's a conflict of the mind, or that she is part of something greater

Thriller:

As the storyline evolves more tension and dangerous scenarios can be created in order to place the protagonist at risk. This is not seen within the opening as the audience will only get an understanding of brief history in the sense of a dream and the two characters who are involved.
