Music magazine photoshoot research.

This Cheryl Cole photoshoot in Q magazine has given me inspiration for my own magazine coursework. The classy but edgy look that is conveyed here has given me many ideas for my own photos. I have decided to use music equipment in my photos, like here Cheryl is wearing headphones, to give a pop rock look.

Also I have looked at other magazines such as the FHM music issue with Pixie Lott, which has a similar theme of Pop Rock and has the same style as I would like to use in my own photoshoot.

Here Pixie has posed with microphones and amps to give that musical feel. I have studied the outfits that celebrities wear in music magazines and found that they wear high fashion and classy clothes, following this element in my own magazine I will possibly be able to portray a real life rockstar and make my print look as realistic as possible. :)
