Good, it's a great idea to post your work and request comments from other media students. Perhaps you could make more use of the space directly under your masthead "Bassline"? Could the magazine have a tagline? For example Record Collector magazine uses "serious about music" as in this example; http://www.madonnalicious.com/images/extra/2008/recordcollector_0708_cover.jpg
