Contents Page Research

Before I started creating my contents page, I did some research into music magazine contents pages so I knew the features that were usually used, and got ideas for my layout and articles.
I researched Billboard and Q magazine, as these are the magazines I looked at the most when creating my front cover.

These contents pages both include the articles and page numbers, as well as a bit more detail about the articles to interest the reader. They both have different sections for the categories of articled, and include a number of pictures which are linked to some of these articles. Q magazine continues the red, black, and white colour scheme which they include on the front cover.
