Edited Photograph For Double Page Spread

This is the final image which will appear on my double page spread. I edited this image using Photoshop. The first thing I did here was add noise use the bass relief tool to make the background seem more interesting rather than just pain white. I used a range of different shades of grey as not to distract the reader for the model, but still make it look diverse and fun. Using these tools created horizontal lines using a blend of different grey shades, a small change but it does make the page seem more alive and busy. This also reflects the busy theme of dance music. I think used auto colour to even out the colours of the model and make the image look natural. I also used the sharpen tool to keep the model in focus and draw the readers attention to her I also brightened up the eyes with the lighten tool to make them stand out. I am pleased with this final image, and now that I have my image and interview I can start to create my double page spread.
