Change of plan...

or more acurately, change of script!
Before we broke up for half term, we began to film the first scene including the title sequence. I wanted to intergrate the credits as part of the scene i.e on the notes passed between two characters. I included reaction shots to make it appears the notes contained gossip but they actually read "directed by Lucinda Hurst etc". However, upon filming I could not find a way to make the notes readable unless they were printed and I thought this may be confusing to the audience. Instead I'm going to work on the story line to change the first scene. I considered filming as if Alexa and matt we're friends when they were younger then use a still image into the film for the change to present day. I couldn't find an example of this but basically, it's going to show the first scene ending with a photograph then zooming out to reveal a new scene.
