Research

Above are my two pages of research I have done for my final coursework piece of a music magazine. I am planning for my magazine to be similar to both Q and Kerrang! magazine. I prefer the layout of the front cover and contents page of Q but prefer the layout of the 2 page spread from Kerrang!
I prefer the front cover and contents page from Q because the pages have less on them so don't seem as busy to look at and are quite simplistic but I prefer the style of the 2 page spread in Kerrang! because the text stands out more and it seems clearer to read as each pice seems separate.
