I have found this cover of Q magazine to give me inspiration on how to structure the magazine to make it look as realistic as possible. I will use a slogan at the top of my cover where it says 'The UK's biggest music magazine' to give my magazine recognition. I will insert the magazine name in bold at the top so it looks eye-catching, like Q have done. I will use a colour scheme, like Q have used reds blacks white and greys, I will use blacks reds and pinks.
Other features such as names of artists down the side will be used to add appeal and target the audience. Also including stories such as '2010-the 10 best new acts' will be included to attract the audience and to make the magazine sound interesting.
